Keynote is my preferred app for creating presentations. It’s easy enough to use overall and is quite powerful for intermediate/pro users. Though until recently, I’ve never seen anyone use it for wireframing/prototyping.

Travis Isaacs decided this would be a good idea, and he seems to have mastered the art. So much, in fact, that he is selling his setup as a Keynote Wireframe Toolkit. Although I am an evangelistic supporter of Omnigraffle (and most Omnigroup products, really), I believe Travis’ toolkit is quite impressive overall.
